Bronte West Location:

Bronte West is bordered on the South Side by Lake Ontario, to the North by the QEW, to the West by Burloak Drive and to the East by Third Line.

About the Area:

Bronte Village joined The Town of Oakville in 1962. Originally a commercial fishing village and late a sawmill and gristmill. Today, even though it is part of Oakville it still has the feel of a town within the town. The beautiful harbour has lots of waterfront parks, as well as a large variety of restaurants and shops. There is also shell park which has four soccer fields, baseball diamonds, leash free dog park, Skateboard park and more.

Housing wise Bronte has a little bit of everything, whether you are looking for a new home which can be found in the new area of Lakeshore Woods, a century old cottage in the harbour, or a large apartment you can find it in Bronte.
